The Indiana Association of Home Educators (IAHE) is Indiana’s state organization that has been here since the early days of the modern homeschool movement. We were founded in 1983. The freedom that we enjoy today in Indiana is from the efforts of the IAHE founders.
We are the boots on the ground 365 days a year supporting and serving Indiana homeschool families.
Our primary functions are:
Maintaining visibility as home educators with civil government leaders.
Influencing the legislative process to protect our freedom to home educate.
Publishing multiple resources for home educators.
Answering questions from homeschoolers all across Indiana.
Hosting conferences, seminars, and events to encourage families.
