Must be able to travel locally or regionally to conduct farm business.
Possess a valid drivers license.

Tractor and other mowing machinery experience.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Salary and benefits:
Pay will be fair and adequate, compensation commensurate with experience. Pay rates starting at $18/hr.
Harvest sharing of food for consumption.
Enterprise opportunities available to develop independent or joint ventures. Use of farmland/equipment available. We would like to help the farm manager achieve their enterprise goals.
