We have worked for decades in restaurants and kitchens, experiencing a vast variety of cuisine and concepts, and even pursuing formal education in the classical French Le Cordon Bleu culinary arts & hospitality. After all this, we decided we had to take a step back and find what mattered most.
We found that we were uniquely paired to create something that suits our style and taste. We are passionate about sharing exceptional food, local ingredients, and education—in order to help connect people back to a more intimate relationship with the farm and community that was once celebrated. So, we left it all behind and headed out to a few acres of untamed beauty where we would work the land, raise the critters, and forage happily on our own little overgrown pasture homestead. It is there that the idea grew and allowed us to better share what we held so highly. Shortly after, we would hand-build our unmistakable little cedar cart and set out to bring the pasture to the streets.
Our food cart is more than just a place to grab lunch. It is a place to try out new dishes created from local, farm-fresh ingredients. Because we only use the best local goods in our kitchen we are always looking to meet and hear from all of our creative friends for new collaboration opportunities. If you or someone you know has a unique product or service, we would love to hear from you.
As a friendly reminder ALL of our packaging and serve-ware is eco-friendly and fully compostable. With a little help from you, even our spoons can actually become a plant palace in your very own backyard pasture in as little as 12 weeks! We look forward to making the exceptional a part of your everyday as we grow together with old friends and new.
